Vegan Apples and Banana Pancakes ♥ wonderful softness in every bite

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, not only because you need to have all the nutrients and let your organism to start to work, but also (or even more important) you have to feel satisfaction from the very beginning of the day. Make yourself these wonderful pancakes and enjoy every bite of it. Turn off every disturbing sounds and just be... This is how perfect morning looks like. 

The recipe of these Vegan Apples and Banana Pancakes is super simple:

You will need:
  • 3 peeled and grated apples
  • 1 banana cut in slices
  • 1 cup flour (I used spelt and a little bit of corn flour)
  • 1 cup soy milk + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  1. Mix soy milk and apple cider vinegar and leave for 5 minutes. In another bowl mix flour with baking soda, pour milk and mix well. Add apples, sugar, stir a bit and finally add bananas. 
  2. Heat the pan on more than medium heat, pour some oil and fry the pancakes on both sides for couple minutes, until pancakes are slightly brown.

    Enjoy! They are amazingly good :3
